Meet the Board

Mrs. Latisha Johnson-Richardson - Madam President

is a native of Philadelphia, Mississippi with over thirteen years of experience in the healthcare community as an IV Compounding Pharmacy Technician.  She completed her baccalaureate education at Jackson State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Interdisciplinary Studies. Community outreach is the cornerstone of her core values as she historically volunteers with Big Brother Big Sister, Habitat for Humanity and Meals on Wheels. Her hobbies include indulging in arts and crafts endeavors and recently event planning and decorating has dominated her free time. She is committed to the youth in her community and enjoys spending time with her goddaughters, nieces and nephews. She resides in Byram, MS with her husband, Dr. Arron Richardson and they enjoy traveling, physical activities, dining out, and giving back to their community.

Mary Sampson - Madam Secretary

is 20-year-old year old senior studying Biology Pre-Medicine at Jackson State University. She is heavily involved on campus with the Prancing J-Settes, Honors Council, Student Government Association, JSU Mass in Motion Dance Ministry, and several other honor societies. She aspires to become a PA and specialize in emergency medicine.

Ms LySandra Webster  - Madam Treasurer

is a lover of youth and has been an educator in the Jackson Public School District for 14 years.  She is a graduate of Belhaven University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Masters of Science in Reading Education from Jackson State University, and a Specialist in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.  She is also a motivational speaker in the youth community.  She loves spending time with her family and has served as a volunteer with "The Lillie I. Grayer Youth Initiative" since 2011.

Dr. Brittany Holloman

is a dynamic leader, captivating speaker and life-changing coach to young people who want to do good work in the world but may not have found their niche. Her passion in life is to engage, mentor,  and develop students. She has been encouraging, empowering and equipping students on a collegiate level since 2012. She is a motivational speaker, instructor, and coach who has been featured in online and print publications. She is most proud of the lives she has touched and impacted. And that is what makes me the proudest; the lives I’ve impacted.  She is a proud product and advocate for HBCU’s. I am a graduate of Stillman College and Alabama A&M University and a graduate of Thee I love Jackson State University. I am a living testament that HBCU’s equip you to start here and go anywhere.

Inez Doe

is a self-made entrepreneur and hair guru. At the age of 13, Inez Doe began working in a salon in her hometown, the "hair capital" Detroit, MI. At an early age, traveling and participating in various hair shows, she close paid attention to the hair moguls and local stylists of the industry. By the age of 16, her peers had become her clients. Even as a college student, She had her hands on the mane of every girl on campus wanting to be "fancifide". Unbeknownst, hair was Inez's affair!


Inez Doe invested in her passion. After obtaining a bachelors degree from Jackson State University, Inez excelled in the cosmetology program at Virginia College Cosmetology. She has displayed her talents in local hair shows, has given back to the community through mentorship and donating handmade wigs to a cancer foundation. Inez  has built a client base in the Jackson, MS area as a connoisseur of weavology, as well as a demand on the  social network scene for her Fancii JuNk CuRlZ.  Inez is the creative visionary behind U Fancii Beauty Bar LLC, also a distributor of  U Fancii Brazilian hair weft. Inez Doe's work has begun to flower. Sitings of her talent appear in the Denim Magazine and on the runways of local fashion shows. Undergoing plans of a developing an empire, Inez  has jump into the beautification industry head first with no intention of looking back. Inez accredits much of her talent to her mentor and sister Charise Doe for giving her her first marcel iron set. Inez Doe's charisma and undeniable talents speaks volumes about this Fancii stylist!
